Terms and Conditions for the Free BEC MX-210NP R17-AF LTE Wi-Fi Router Offer
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the offer of a free BEC MX-210NP R17-AF LTE Wi-Fi Router (“Device”) by [BEC Technologies, Inc.] (“Company”) to customers who subscribe to our BECentral® CloudEdge Management Platform. By participating in this offer, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility
This offer is available to new customers who subscribe to our BECentral® CloudEdge Management Platform. The offer is limited to one Device per customer.
Free Device Offer
Customers will receive a BEC MX-210NP R17-AF LTE Wi-Fi Router free of charge when they subscribe to our BECentral® CloudEdge Management Platform. the Device remains the property of the Company until the conditions outlined in these Terms are met.
Subscription Commitment
Customers must subscribe to our BECentral® CloudEdge Management Platform for a minimum period of 12 months. Monthly subscription fees will be charged to the customer’s account as per the selected plan.
Device Return Policy
If the subscription is canceled within the minimum period, the Device must be returned to the Company within 30 days of cancellation. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
The Device must be returned in good working condition, with all accessories and packaging.
Billing for Non-Returned Device
If the Device is not returned within 30 days of subscription cancellation, the customer will be charged $149, the cost of the Device. The charge will be billed to the credit card on file.
Cancellation and Refunds
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team.
No refunds will be issued for any subscription fees already paid.
Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during the return shipping process.
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Device.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes through our website or email communication.
